Schools, universities and community bands with a fleet to keep playing. Servicing and repair booked in batches, usually over a break, quoted per instrument so it can go on a purchase order.
The self-service system for this account type is not built yet. You can apply now and everything runs through me directly in the meantime.
| How it starts | Tell me what you have, even roughly. A first batch is assessed and each instrument written up: what it needs now and what it will need next year. |
| Quoting | Priced per instrument rather than as one lump, so your finance office can see what it is approving and you can cut the list if you need to. |
| Purchase orders | Quote your PO number and the work is scheduled against it. Expected rather than a hurdle: most institutions cannot pay without one. |
| Scheduling | Batches over a break so instruments are back before term. Large fleets go in groups so you are never without everything at once. |
| Paperwork | ABN on every quote and invoice. Insurance and any clearances on request. Anything not settled is left saying so rather than filled in with a guess. |
