Handmade mouthpieces

I make custom sax mouthpieces. They are forged, and all the metalwork and finishing is done by hand. I cast the blanks from a bronze, gold and Tibetan cymbal alloy blend, then cut every facing by hand to suit the player it is going to. Nothing is moulded and nothing is finished by machine, so no two pieces leave the bench quite the same.

Refacing & repair

Send me yours, any brand, not just mine. Most mouthpieces that come to me are not broken, they are just not true any more, and that is a fixable thing. It gets the same bench, the same tools and the same measurements a new piece gets. I also do general repair work on the horn itself.
