Wholesale
Stock the handmade range and sell it on. Everything is cast, cut and finished by hand to order, which is the selling point and also the constraint: nothing ships from stock.
| What you can order | The handmade mouthpiece range only. Secondhand and refaced pieces are one of a kind and are not sold through wholesale. |
| Pricing | Volume based: the price each falls as the order grows, worked out on the total pieces across the whole range. Identical for every account, never published, and visible only once you are signed in. |
| Minimum order | One figure for every account, set on the wholesale pricing page and shown on the order pad as you build an order. |
| Choosing tip openings | Order by tip opening rather than by the piece. There is a one-click default spread per series, a range picked so customers can try several responses in the shop. |
| Lead time | Confirmed on the order, because it depends on what is already on the bench when yours lands. |
| Phased delivery | On a large order you can have it shipped as the work is finished rather than waiting for the whole lot. Worth taking if the lead time is long. |
| Payment | A proforma invoice comes back with the confirmed lead time. Work begins once it is paid. |
| Freight | At cost, trackable, signature on delivery unless you have a PO box. |
| Faults | Anything made here gets its facing looked at again for nothing. That does not expire. |
| Selling them on | Every series has a product page with photographs and a technical write up. Use the descriptions in your own listings if they help. Ask about photography. |
